Founded in December 2004 SBN offers 100 channels of commercial free themed  music over the web (www.satbn.com) and currently serves over 100,000 subscribers in Italy and other European countries who each pay a monthly access fee of €7.50 and had average revenues of almost 20.000.000 USD per year in the last three years.
AE American Inc. have vast experience in marketing products and services related to audio and music from being in the industry for more than 15 years in the European markets and with a warehouse located in New Jersey, USA this provides the company the ability to store products and take care of deliveries not only for the North American market but also for the entire continent. AE American Inc. plans to start the distribution of SBN products and services before the end of end of 2009.

Mr. Enrico Cappagli has served as SBN S.p.A. chief executive officer
since December 2004. 

  • Enrico has held management positions in several international companies and has worked in new technologies and consumer electronic products manufacturing since early 90s cooperating also with Ferrari, Lamborghini and Mercedes Benz AMG to develop OEM high performances audio products.

 Mr. Giorgio Cappagli has served as President since December 2004.

  • Giorgio boasts over 16 years experience in the consumer electronic arena.
  • In the early 90s Mr Giorgio Cappagli managed the European selling networks of several US Companies such as Orion Industries and Precision Power, now part of Directed (Nasdaq: DEIX)
  • From year 2000 Mr. Giorgio Cappagli  has been CEO of companies involved in the distribution of consumer electronic products with yearly revenues exceeding $150 Million dealing with the biggest brands (Nokia, Samsung, Sony, LG) and the different distribution channels ( Auchan, Carrefour, Mediamarkt, etc)  across Europe.
